Anger As The Antidote

Anger is an acceptable form of grief.

You don’t have to make your emotions palatable to those who are unmoved.

Rage isn’t the curse, apathy is.

Anger has been sold as the poison but what if you flip that script.

What if your anger is actually the antidote?

How would this change things? How would this orientate you in relationship to anger, to its power to its healing capacity?

What if we treated our rage as you would fire - with respect, care, reverence AND with the knowing that it can light the way.

Anger offers the rehabilitative capacity that can nurture our whole - that of self of each other and the earth.

To imagine the cumulative healing power of honouring our sacred rage - of creating space to gently nurture and tend to our flames of anger, to know the light and energy of this fire offers a deep reclamation of our power.

To hold reverence for this energy, and the spark of this fire to truly stand up for what we believe in.

As Mothers, anger is often suppressed and hidden.

There is a seismic need to reclaim the power of our anger and sacred rage. The world needs this light of energy

Deep Bow to your sacred rage. To the anger which can light the way.

Spring is the time for bringing some love and attention to the organ of the liver, the storehouse of Anger .

To offer space to to shift stagnation and explore this emotion, to create movement where perhaps there is restriction.

Fierce love and Courage
