You must not misuse the site, including attempts to hack or disrupt the website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through the official website booking system.
Payments must be completed at the time of booking.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on Tessa’s part, an alternative date will be offered.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or another reason, you may transfer your booking to a future available workshop date, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
As a birth keeper, Tessa is on call at certain times. While every effort will be made to avoid disruption, it may occasionally be necessary to reschedule classes to attend a birth. In such cases, alternative dates will be arranged. Please understand that refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid only for the classes or events stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Voucher codes must be redeemed before their expiration date.
6. Health and Safety
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to take part.
Please inform your instructor of any health conditions before participating.
You assume full responsibility for any injury or health-related issue arising from participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tessa Rose Welsh Yoga.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
